Tiny Tots Dance

A gentle first dance experience for preschoolers

Ages 3–5No experience needed

Introductory classes for young dancers use age-appropriate ballet and jazz instruction to introduce basic dance terminology, coordination, rhythm, classroom participation, following directions, and creative movement.

What the class feels like

Warm, playful and structured. Tiny dancers learn how to be in a dance room — listening, taking turns, and discovering that movement is fun.

The foundation of every dance style

Our faculty

Led by Kaleah Moates

Kaleah brings over two decades of dance experience to Chickasha School of Dance, including training in Denver and Boulder, three elite competitive dance teams, and a season as a Denver Broncos Cheerleader. She opened her first studio in Illinois, founded Blanchard School of Dance in 2010, and now leads our Chickasha location with the same passion for mentoring young dancers.

Our teachers are trained dancers and, first, teachers of children. They explain technique in words a five-year-old understands, correct without embarrassing anyone, and know that a shy dancer sometimes needs a full month before they'll stand in the front row.
